A Play Date on St. Patty's Day

Over spring break, we enjoyed a play date with Holly, Addisen, and Makayla. It has been a while since we have done that, so it was really fun for the kids (and Holly and I,too).

We started our day with lunch at Joe's Farm Grill. The food was delicious as always, it was really crowded, too, but we had a delicious lunch and even managed a picture with me and the kids.

After Joe's, we were supposed to meet some other friends to go to the park, but it didn't work out, so instead Holly and I took them to the "park" at the mall. Kiera and Makayla loved the slide the best.

Gabriel enjoyed climbing on everything in sight.
Addisen kept posing and asking me to take her picture. She is so funny. I could have done a whole post of her posing. Pretty cute!

And this is how Holly and I got to do some shopping. Gotta love Gymboree for providing free daycare while you shop! :)

Celebrating my day!

Edward planned a birthday party at the house for me this year. He invited all of my friends and we hung out, played some beer pong, and ate lots of yummy snacks. Thanks, Honey, for making my day special!

Holly made me my favorite cupcakes (Surprise cupcakes)!

Kami and I are birthday buddies. She was born on my 27th birthday, so yes, that makes her 2! I have celebrated every birthday with her since she was born (all 3 of them!)

Gabriel also enjoyed the cupcakes.

~I had a great birthday, and I am thankful for all of my friends that came over and celebrated with me! I am also very thankful for everyone that celebrated with me~

30 in Vegas

Edward's Birthday Pre-party Celebration

Edward celebrated the big 30 last week and it was definitely a time for celebration!

We went to a sushi place called Teharu and enjoyed sushi on a conveyor belt! We were joined by both Edward's mom and dad and my mom and dad. Auntie Katie, Leia, Steve, Don and Tommy came with us as well! (notice all the empty plates stacked high in the picture on the right?)

So we show Edward his requested cheesecake for dessert. "Mmmmm..." says Gabriel. He decided to join his dad in the blowing out of the candles. Turns out, Gabriel blew them out before Edward even had a chance. I think Edward got the last one. I guess Gabriel is ready for his birthday in less than a month!
